If you want to keep creating positive change in your life or career continually, you need to keep riding the wheel of momentum.
“Almost any decision is better than no decision — just keep moving” said Danielle LaPorte
And that’s unstoppable momentum.
Momentum will fill your life with new positive experience, happiness, energy, and joy.
So what’s our challenge with creating momentum?
Success seems to be connected with action. Successful people keep moving. They make mistakes, but they don’t quit.” – Conrad Hilton
Gaining unstoppable momentum in your life sometimes can be pretty hard and can become overwhelming and daunting.
Because while it might be easier to get a fifth client, it’s much hard to get the first one.
If you have to lose 30 pounds, losing the second 20 is more comfortable than the first 10.
The good news?
The following technique will make it easier to gain momentum and happiness in your life.
Take on that one thing that you’ve been mentally churning over
And do it early in the day.
Without sounding like a motivational gimmick, you’d agree with me that we all have experienced a burden or thought giving us sleepless night and causing unhappiness in our life every single day.
It could be a close relationship that deserves an apology, a work we know we should be doing, but we keep procrastinating or something else bothering us at a deeper level.
Whatever it’s is, commit your first hour in the morning to set things right!
Research shows that people tend to be at their best at the dawn of a new day!
There is new energy, thought and emotion filling us at the start of each day and learning to take advantage of such time could make a whole lot of difference in our lives.
Make sure you get rid of whatever is bothering you as early as possible at the start of each brand new day and see the kind of momentum, relief and satisfaction you’ll experience.
Faith without works is dead!
That means it’s not enough to keep wishing, hoping and seeing the big picture. You must be willing to put your faith into it!
What are the things you want to achieve in the next 3 months? Write them down on a sheet of paper.
What are the steps you can take to achieve those things? Can you believe they can be yours?
Can you think of them as though they were yours before you even see them in your physical world. That’s the true meaning of believe it and you’ll see it.
When you put your faith into works, things become real for you. The momentum, contentment and happiness you’ll get are gratifying.
Be consistent, be committed, get started and keep going.
With momentum, it’s easy to believe that you can accomplish anything. Without it, everything feels impossible.
If you still feel unhappy and unsatisfied, work on creating that unstoppable momentum each day in your life by trying the technique mentioned above and see how you can transform your whole life experience.
