manifesting your heart's desires

You’ve tried everything you can think of but manifesting your heart’s desires just hasn’t come easily to you.

You see to be lucky sometimes, but then…well manifesting anything seems like a big joke the universe plays, or worse it just isn’t real.

You know what you want. You know the desires of your heart, but what’s getting in the way of your ‘manifesting magic?’

One thing that holds us all in it’s grip is the inability to forgive ourself.

This is what keeps us trapped in life. This is what gets between you or me and our ability to manifest our heart’s desires.

And I say it’s time to unlock your “Manifestation Magic” – if you dare.

You can take this moment right now to free yourself from the burdens and despair buried within you and take flight into the realms of love.

We are so hard on ourselves in life.

We judge, compare, and act on fears rather than out of positive motivation. Honestly sometimes we are our own worst enemy.

Too many times!

I know because I once did it to myself.

It holds you back from your dreams. It sours your motivation so that you cannot focus all your energy

Stop the self-punishment if you’re truly ready to manifest your heart’s desires

self-limiting beliefs

It isn’t just self-punishment for past “sins,” bad judgment, mistakes you’ve made, things you wish you hadn’t done, and whatever else fails to be “good enough” in your own eyes? It has to stop. Now.

But the only person that can stop self-punishment is you. You need to stop – and I’ll tell you why.

And this is not just a simplistic “feel-good project.” This is about manifesting your heart’s desires.  The life you have dreamed of living.

Forgiving yourself pivots your entire life from self-punishment and unconscious acts of sabotage that limit your success or cause you to repeatedly fail.

You can clear the way to consciously move forward with your intent to change your life from a negative to a positive.

How to do it

So, how can you manifest your heart’s desires? It involves intention and focus, of course. And there is no one “right way” to do it.

Here are several ways that have worked for me. I’d love to hear from you if you have other techniques.

1. Give yourself some time alone in a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed.

Let go and turn inward.

Be honest with your feelings as you acknowledge them.

These could be built-up emotions of stress, illness, or harm. Or maybe something you think you can’t forgive yourself for.

Don’t lie to yourself. When you locate the source of pain that you feel, surround it with a ball of pure love in the form of brilliant white-light energy.

Keep pumping love into the ball, more and more. Imagine the love expanding out from the ball until it surrounds you and goes beyond your skin one inch all around.

Hold it swirling richly around you for 30 seconds. Then let it whoosh away into the air as you clap your hands three times. Then say aloud: “I am free. I forgive myself totally. I am free once again.”

2. Choose a place to be alone, perhaps in your bedroom with soft music or just the quiet.

Allow yourself to sit or lie down gently and take in three slow, deep breaths. Breathe each one out slowly. And let go. Let go.

Reach deep within yourself with your mind. Deeper and deeper. And know that manifesting your heart’s desires is as easy and natural as breathing.

Look for the natural compassion and love that you have for yourself just waiting for you to find.

Sit or lie for a moment and cherish these gifts.

Take some deep breaths and close your eyes as you direct the healing arms of love to wrap you with comfort. Continue layer by layer until all you feel is comfort. Let love wrap you like a blanket.

Once you’re in this safe zone, allow this internal compassion and love to sweep over you like a tidal wave, washing away all your hurt and feelings of sorrow.

Keep it flowing until it’s all gone. Take a deep breath and as you let it out, say aloud: “It is done. I am free. I am forgiven.”

The secret behind self-forgiveness is that the love we carry in our hearts allows us to forgive ourselves – and others.

But forgiving others is a story for another day.

What this reminds us all again is that our essence is truly of love and from love. With love, all is healed and all is bountiful.

You are capable of healing, no matter how deep your hurts, through the everlasting power of love.

Take these steps and you can walk boldly and confidently into the horizon of new hope. You will create your life overflowing with joy, love, fulfillment, magic.

You will be closer to manifesting your heart’s desires than you ever thought possible.

The new YOU!

Become a new version of yourself with the act of forgiving yourself. Heal that internal pain. You will be able to create a new reality once you heal your wounds.

Be more of YOU.

Express more of your authentic self.

Find what makes you passionate in life. Follow the joy that you seek and do that every day.

Allow yourself to be who you truly are and accept that very unique part of you that is full of gifts and insights.

Be more of you, expect more of yourself, and continue to forgive yourself daily.

Move on into a new day, embracing life fully. Love yourself by appreciating who you are, treat yourself well, and give back to others by offering help, caring love, and support.

Are you ready to begin manifesting your heart’s desires?

Because if you take steps to forgive yourself today – and every day – you will allow yourself the freedom to creatively manifest what you want in life.

You will unleash the power of what I call “Manifestation Magic.”

You will become the magician. You will work your own magic in your life.

You will stop being an actor in someone else’s drama. You will write your own script for the wonderful story of your life the way you want to live it.

You can begin right now, if you dare!
