5 Things You Need to Know About Life Right Now

things-you-need-to-know

Deliberately or not, consciously or not, we all seek answers to the challenges and questions life throws our way.  There are always things you need to know about life.

And who among us has the all the answers? Not me for sure.

But maybe we don’t need to have all the answers, maybe just some valuable life lessons that are applicable to life in general will do the trick.  What say you?

Regardless of where you are right now and what is happening in your world (or not happening)  and regardless of where you want to go or have gone, here are 5 things you need to know about life right now.

1. The #1 strategy to manifesting what you want

If you’re reading this article the chances are you already have the basics of manifesting:  you focus on what you want in a way that feels great and then follow any new actions that come to mind, if not instantly then at some soon point new thoughts will flow to you.

But what about if your doubts and fears keep getting in your way. Can you still manifest what you want?  Of course you can.

You simply use your manifesting tools for someone else!

Weird as this my sound, it works because manifesting is simply about energy.

Your energy.

To focus on the thing you want for someone else eliminates your doubts and fears when it comes to your life, but you’re occupying the same energy, be the focus on you or another.  And it’s the energy of the thing, the feeling of the thing, that draws it towards you.

And #bonus your friend or family member or whomever you’re focusing on could be the beneficiary of a really great gift. The great energy you were occupying on their behalf.

2. Watch your moods

Of all the things you need to know about life, one thing really matters a lot. Having a wonderful, rich fulfilling life depends not on your job, your relationship or how much money you have in the bank.

If you live in irritation, resentment, frustration, self-pity or rejection you are not heading for a good life.  Even if you experience momentary success.

The quality of the feelings you occupy on a daily basis can make the challenges of every day living less dramatic or trying.

Be deaf to the voices within or without that tell you what you’re not capable of achieving the life you dream of. Guard your feelings for they are the center of the world in which you live. They are the maker or breaker of the life you desire.

Living regularly in an emotional state of appreciation, gratitude, excitement, inspiration and a general awareness of being blessed means you are well on your way to experiencing an extraordinary life.

So make sure you’re not dwelling in the mindset of victimhood but one of overall love for the life you are and you will find meaning no matter what challenges life brings.

3. Limit juggling

Life places us in many situations where managing things is like juggling. I don’t know about you, but my best juggling effort begins and ends with two balls, or oranges and sometimes I can manage 3 lemons…that’s it.

But what about juggling the very things that make up life?

Think of working with different colleagues or managing family life.

It helps if we all keep our expectations of our juggling abilities real.

Before you add more tasks, before you enter new situations and pick up more balls and the juggling becomes more complicated, ask yourself do I want to up my juggling skills? Or can I juggle these extra balls and still be happy and experience inner and outer wellbeing?

Sometimes you have to let go of some balls to replace them with new ones or you might drop the lot or find yourself freaking out every day because you’re not the best juggler in town.

Just make sure the balls you choose to juggle are sustainable and are balls you’re genuinely happy to have in the air.

4. Use burnout or overwhelm as a cry for change

Have you noticed that you’re a creature of habit?  Of course you have.  We all are.

And sometimes those habits become monotonous and tedious to such a degree our life energy becomes sapped and exhausted.

Just because something worked really well in the past doesn’t mean it won’t get stale and overused in the present. Make sure your daily routine isn’t overwhelming you.

Maybe you’ve picked up one ball too many and your juggling skills aren’t up to it!

Don’t allow your busy modern life to place so many demands on you, all of which seem vital, but in truth probably are not.

Overwhelm and burnout are red flags sending you a signal that changes are necessary. Don’t ignore them. Let your imagination loose and look for ways to initiate change.

In short, you can change the cards you’ve been playing with, there’s never only one way to play a hand, and there’s always another deck.

5. Becoming a ‘possibilitarian’ is definitely one of the things you need to know about life right now!

This one is up there with number one.

Norman Vincent Peale said “No matter how dark things seem to be or actually are, raise your sights and see possibilities…always see them for they are always there.”

Deep within you is an enormous reservoir of untapped power. A mindset of success and happiness you can access and cultivate.

The trouble is far too many people write themselves off as ordinary or they give up before the harvests of their dreams begin to bloom.  They never consider the possibility that they are in fact extraordinary, with an enormous potential power to use as they see fit.

Keep an open mind.  It’s been said everything turns out as it should, but truth be told everything turns out as we are.

If you want a quality, see yourself as having it, If you want more courage, see yourself as being extraordinarily brave. If you want a larger more expanded life imagine what it would be like to experience it.

As you persevere in imagining yourself experiencing the unlimited possibilities available to you, so you will become the person that experiences them.

Once you manage to detach yourself from the problem you might be facing today, long enough to see the possibilities available to you, you can tap into the inner power waiting to be used.

The trick is to wake up and be aware.  Don’t wish away your days waiting for better times.  Right now there are more possibilities available to you than know.

So try not to miss the one moment that is guaranteed.  The one full of expansion and creation and joy and wonderful opportunities. The now moment.  The moment where possibilities abound.

You are capable of amazing things and hopefully some or one of these things you need to know about life right now will prevent you from selling yourself short.

Encourage one another.

I like all these suggestions. In essence, they all really have to do with working with your mind, becoming aware, and living consciously. It makes a world of difference when you do that! Life gets better even if nothing physical changes. 🙂

Yes Debbie, life does get better and eventually the outer world must catch up with the inner – something I hear Dr. Joe Dispenza say fairly frequently, though maybe not in those exact words.
