Many years ago two psychologists conducted an experiment and proved that what you see when you look at something depends not so much on what is there, as on the assumptions you make, or the expectations you have when you look. And since we’ve all heard that beauty is in the eye of the beholder, which probably means the same thing…only in more lovely language…I’m conducting my own experiment.
