The Greeks had four words for love and a few years ago I thought how amazing it would be to incorporate them into living in a more awakened way. I decided I wanted to love every moment…well as many moments as possible. I wanted to be filled with a heart felt woosh of love unexpected in my day; to love the mundane, the extraordinary, the strange. I wanted to practice having more lovely thoughts and feelings than I had yesterday, to immerse myself in lovely ideas, to feast on the lovely and then to watch the impact that dwelling on and in love had on my life.
