If order isn’t your natural state join the club. Be it mental order or physical order…I have been known to be a bit undisciplined. I’m not that keen on appointments at specified hours, unless it’s for lunch or coffee and doughnuts, then I’m there with bells on. Point being, order isn’t my natural state, and so I tend to try to limit things happening at an appointed hour. And that’s not always easy! Healthy disciplines do matter Even in my rather undisciplined life I get that there are some disciplines that are necessary for my health and well being. If we have any habits of negative inner conversations they must be replaced. Always assuming we don’t want more negativity heading our way.
