Managing your emotions can be the difference between thriving or failing. Have you ever made a bad decision while you were at the height of your emotion? Or perhaps made a promise when you were too happy but couldn’t follow through? How about receiving misdirected anger from a friend, a colleague, or even a manager whose life had been turned upside down? Be honest. You sometimes have odd, random thoughts that come out of nowhere. Don’t you? Surely I can’t be the only one to have odd, random and oftentimes strangely bizarre thoughts flitting through my head? I can’t even share most of them because of the abject humiliation I would feel if everyone, no make that anyone, knew how bizarre  they really were.  I might have to move back to the country that birthed me, such would be my embarrassment.
