Today seems like a great day to talk about every one of us having a happy, beautiful life. And I want you to know, right now, that my philosophy is simple and it says I believe you are an amazing, unique, beautiful individual with the most amazing gifts and talents that you might not even be aware of yet. I truly believe it is your God given right to live a beautiful life every flipping, beautiful, wonderful day. And me too. So how to get there? There’s something about you that I think you should know. You are greater than your thoughts, feelings or limiting beliefs.  All that ‘stuff’ you’ve been hanging onto…and you know what that is…and it’s getting in the way of living the life you love.  Believe me, I’m speaking from experience here. The core of who you are is spirit, is joy, is happiness, and okay, I get that it doesn’t always ‘feel’ that way.  We’re all in the same boat here. Everyone knows by now that there are universal laws that govern our experiences in this physical world.  Right?  Yet, we’re all operating with a limited level of conscious awareness.  Getting bigger all the time, but still limited. Even though we might not understand everything that’s going on, we do understand everything does happen by law, whether we like it or not.  Our entire universe operates in a very exact way. So…

Have you ever had those little thoughts that pop up, seemingly out of nowhere?  It makes you wonder how your mind got from here to there.  My morning walk, and yes it is the only exercise I get, found my mind travelling from here to there, or is it there to here, at warp speed. It was chilly for Florida, only forty degrees but I wasn’t going to be deterred.  Maybe this is the new me.  Maybe its the New Year me arriving a little early.  In the past I might have used a forty degree temperature as a really good, perfectly valid, totally natural reason why I should stay at home with a steaming hot cup of tea.  But then I wouldn’t have had the seemingly out of nowhere thought.
