Just in case you need evidence that I actually do what I say I do, I could actually post a copy of my books from my ninety day programmes and my affirmations and experiences for the week.
What do you mean, they could have anything in them…that’s not a nice thought!
Understanding your awesomeness by knowing yourself
A ninety day programme of journalling and affirmations is about knowing yourself. You get to see yourself on every page you’ve written and there are times when I pick one of them up and look over it and I think…well that’s a load of rubbish, but every now and then there’s a little gem, something so profound I wonder how it could come from me!
By knowing yourself, I don’t mean knowing your likes or dislikes or your goals or weaknesses and strengths. It’s coming into the realization that you are an amazing being. It’s about knowing and understanding and most of all using your power. Knowing that you are the creator of all that happens in your life.
Your amazing power
Doing these programmes and keeping notes of when something I truly wanted manifested, or as sometimes happens, didn’t, keeps me focused on all the powerful, magnificent forces of the universe that I can’t see, or hear or touch, but I can use. It keeps me in touch with that Divine creative spark within.
Now that must be the longest sentence I’ve written on this blog…so far.
Knowing I’m the only one controlling what I think, allows me to accept or reject any thoughts or feelings I have and if needs be, move on to better ones. I have the power and ability to choose my thoughts, and therefore my experiences.
You are in possession of an amazing instrument of power that, if you give it an opportunity, will transform your life as you learn how to use it. You truly can reach higher than you currently know.
Don’t close the door when everything is gone
Want success? When will you put success thoughts into your imagination. After you have it? A bit too much like closing the stable door after the horse has bolted. Sorry, that’s not how it works.
Want a loving, happy, ideal relationship, when will you systematically focus on having this crowding all ideas to the contrary out of your consciousness?
I know, I know, believe me I know it isn’t always easy to keep your attention on something that seems so far removed from possible. Just remember, in your imagination there are no limits.
If you were a prisoner in the physical world, you could close your eyes and imagine freedom. You could imagine running on soft grass, feeling the soft swish of warm air on your face, and smell the scent of roses in the air. You could imagine anything you wanted. Anything.
Final thoughts
Everything exists right now in your imagination, use it, enjoy this great power at your disposal. Imagine the life you’ve always wanted. Step out of reality, in consciousness, you’re truly not limited to the outer world.
And you can, without even getting out of your chair, begin to rebuild your world by changing your level (or state) of being.
This is done by observing yourself uncritically as you react to life. You must know yourself.
If you don’t like the circumstances of your life, acknowledge its cause. Be willing to admit that the circumstances are only objectifying what you are conscious of, then change the thoughts, feelings and beliefs held in your consciousness and your world will change. “But you must be the change you want to see in your world.”
Encourage one another.
Love Elle.

I have read where it is compared to wearing blinders. Over 99% of the world’s population doesn’t yet realize that the world they awaken to everyday is not permanent in the sense that they can change it (change their experiences) by directed use of their imagination. And I am thrilled to have found you and your stream of articles that are helping me tremendously in becoming a “fact” arranger not a “fact” acceptor. Thank you !
Write on, Elle !
I like that Joseph ‘a fact arranger and not a fact acceptor.’ Have you written your book yet? Can’t wait to read it.
Thank you, Elle, for a wonderful affirmation…you know I love *and* live this! It’s fun to find and connect with someone else who does, too:)
Joy, so nice to see you again. Isn’t it great that we draw such lovely people as you into our life…I like these kind of reflections best of all!
I am so glad to have stumbled across your blog. You are the first thing I read in the morning before I sit down with my notebook and write my as Joe so aptly puts it my facts of life.
The other nugget that hit me hard and said wake up was one should live from the future not of the future…little nudges that have changed my perspective….keep going and Thank you for beint there.
