Bored is not a word you could use to describe Benjamin Franklin. He noticed what was going on in his world and made it better. In fact he asked himself on a daily basis, what good shall I do today. And then ended his day by asking, what good did I do today. A dirty street? Create a Sanitation Department. A house on fire? Create a Fire Department. People who are sick? He founded a Hospital, then moved on to the founding of a University for people needing an education, and just to make sure he started the first Library. No he wasn’t bored because in between all this founding and creating he was also busy inventing. The lightening rod? Benjamin. Biofocals? Benjamin. The odometer? Benjamin. Swim fins? Again Benjamin. And I’m sure there were plenty who were grateful for the Franklin stove. In between helping to create and run…

[success] The greatest treasures are those invisible to the eye, but found by the heart. ~ Unknown [/success] Yep, you read this correctly.  I did fly with Usher.  Yes, that Usher.  The one who just won a Grammy. Well on the same flight to be precise.  That count’s as flying with him.  Right?  He wasn’t at the awards ceremony, because he was on a flight with me! I first noticed him at the airport and had to speak to him…honestly I couldn’t help myself, much to the consternation of my Darling One. He definitely said I shouldn’t go chasing after stars at airports, but I’m just going to check out that it’s really him I said.  Of course it wasn’t all I did.  I just had to say something, anything. I wasn’t a pest…well I didn’t think so…I just told him I loved his music.  He flashed that amazing smile, said thank…

[success] It is not in the stars to hold our destiny but in ourselves. ~ William Shakespeare[/success] You all know by now that I’m prone to having exceptionally wonderfully thoughts…yes, yes, I know, some might call them weird but wonderful can be weird.  Can’t it? This morning was no different.  I’m poodling along, happily on my way to the dentist…honest to goodness ever since I released my fear (mostly, anyway) of dental visits, I seem to live in their office.  Wassupwiththat? Anyhoo, there I was meandering through the early morning traffic, whilst wondering how I’d manage without a steering wheel. Yes my friends, that was my wonderfully weird thought of the day. I supposed I’d be prone to all kinds of problems, given that if I didn’t have a steering wheel, nor presumably would anyone else.  Sounds like a recipe for disaster wouldn’t you say? I’d certainly wind up somewhere, but it’s…

[success]Your prosperity consciousness is not dependent on money. ~ Louise Hay[/success] Just in case you’ve ever spent a second or two wondering what the free video in my sidebar is all about, even though I’m sure you haven’t, but just in case.  I have a little manifesting story to tell you. But first things first. I thought a free video to support prosperity consciousness would be a good idea. Why? Because I kept hearing, reading and seeing that a lot of people were hurting financially.  A spirit of lack and limitation was filling the airwaves.  So I said, hang on a minute, as I’m apt to say when things aren’t to my liking…if we have the ability to change our experiences and as the Law of Forgiveness states part of forgiving means seeing people experiencing all they would wish, then that’s what I should be doing. I like practicing all…

[success]Today you are a magnet, for infinite abundance, divine intelligence, and unlimited love. Actually, this has always been true. ~ Mike Dooley[/success] You have a theory of how life works and then bang, someone or something blows that theory out of the water.  And you say, well, okay it’s true some of the time.  And then another theory shows up…seemingly out of the blue and you give that a whirl.  And before you know it another theory bites the dust…hmmm it seems life doesn’t work exactly like that either. And one fine day, you come across some ideas and principles that you tentatively test and woohoo they work.  You discover that there are two actual outlooks on the world, two outlooks that we all share…a natural focus and a spiritual one. It’s the spiritual focus that allows us to fulfill our desires…that leads us towards the life of promise and possibility…
