Often we end the day somewhat stressed, worn out and with our libido missing in action. And we wonder what happened to that sensual being who was there in the beginning of our romance. Where did that sexy, confident you go to? Yet physical intimacy is such an important component of the health of our relationship and also of ourselves, that we neglect it at our peril.  It keeps the relationship and you healthy in ways you might not realize. It’s confession time.  Who’s had trouble with sleep?  Ever?  Sometimes?  Never? If lying in bed watching the hours crawl by isn’t something you can relate to, then this article most definitely isn’t for you.
