heart's desires

Do you matter?

Do you count?

If you believe you do…and if you’re in doubt, believe me when I tell you, you do…when was the last time you paused long enough to appreciate who you are and how far you’ve come?

How quick are you to recognize the value in someone else and never notice the value, the gifts and talents that you bring to the world?

Have you ever taken the time to know who you really are?

And why should you care?

Because amazing changes take place in your life when you know who you are. Because it’s hard to feel better about yourself, to be able to create a great future without truly knowing how strong you are, how capable you are, how incredible are the gifts you’ve been given.

You have all you need to live an amazing and wonderful life. And to experience your heart’s desires.

More than enough.

Enough mental and spiritual and creative power to do everything you dream of doing. What gets in the way is the poor perspective you have about yourself.

Don’t worry about how others see you, it’s much more important that you notice how YOU see you.

Don’t be afraid to take a look within. Look at the flaws, notice the mistakes and smile.spiritual energy

Because you have room to grow.

Because in a world where you can be anything, all that you need is to be yourself.

Because you are unique and in your uniqueness you have a role to play, that no one else can fill. We need you. The world needs you.

Why haven’t you done what you’d like to?

Belief is the answer.

Your belief in your potential is the key or the barricade to your personal fulfillment.

How many times have you let someone tell you you can’t do it, you can’t go there, you can’t have that?

How many times have you told yourself the same thing?

How many times have you accepted you’ll never experience your heart’s desires?

If you want to do something or be something, you must first expect it of yourself.

Who you are is what you manifest. Make up your mind right now that you are going to live out your greatness and achieve your dreams. Then test it. It’s the process of trial and error that helps you see who you are, who you want to be and what you want to do.

Don’t allow others to determine who you are or get in the way of your manifested desires. Truly, the only opinion of you that matters is your own.

If you can’t imagine and expect to be successful, happy or attract the kind of prosperity or relationship you’re entitled to, you won’t take the actions that lead you there.

Give negative influencers the old heave-ho

negativityOver the years we all gather information. Or misinformation.

Your choices are absolutely right based on the information you have. It’s the information that’s faulty and that doesn’t make for the greatest decisions.

We’re all influenced by someone. And this influence is going to impact the direction of your life.

So decide right now to choose who and what your influences will be, and stop allowing faulty information to guide your decisions, it only leads you further and further away from your dreams and desires.

Read inspiring words, study the quotes of those who were great enough to be quoted and you’ll gain a greater understanding of the thoughts that guided them.

Let them sink into your consciousness and they’ll become a part of who you are, influencing your decisions and choices in better ways.

What’s your answer to the teaspoon question?

If I told you that 2 feet below you was a gigantic pot of gold, or an elixir for a perfect and healthy body, or the key to experiencing the most ideal and magical relationship, but there was one tiny glitch…you could only dig your way there with a teaspoon.

Would you start digging?  Can you see yourself as someone who’ll do what it takes?

Remarkable people are willing to do more than most people.

‘If you’re willing to do for a year what others won’t, you can live for the rest of your life the way others can’t.’

Make a pact with yourself to be open to new ideas, to take whatever time and inspired action is necessary to keep moving towards your heart’s desires. How would your life be different if you were willing to do what most people decided not to?

In the end those who step up to the challenges and problems that come their way, define who they are, and know that at the end of every tough experience a greater life awaits.

Spiritually speaking – getting to experience your heart’s desires

spiritually claim it

The one sure way to real and lasting progress in this world is to keep upgrading the concept you have of yourself. You are free to choose any concept you wish, which means you have the power to alter the course of your future.

You don’t have to hunt for what you are, or what you want.

Just assume it.

Claim it.

Who you are is what you manifest, so as your concept of yourself changes, everything in your world changes with you. What you do on the inside ignites the power of creation, ending in the manifestation of your heart’s desires.

Imagine yourself to be the ideal you desire and you begin building the life of your dreams.

  1. I love this snippet in particular, Elle: “Don’t be afraid to take a look within. Look at the flaws, notice the mistakes and smile. “Because you have room to grow.” This is a gem!

Wouldn’t life be different if we could look at our flaws with a smile instead of using them to attack ourselves,

    • ElleSommer

Oh Sandra, that is so true. If we could all learn to love ourselves even a little bit more our life, heck our world would truly sparkle. 🙂

  2. Elle, Thanks for the uplifting reminder. I wish every young person in the world could read and absorb this article. What a wonderful world they could make. Thanks again.

  3. I think that constantly thinking positive thoughts and counting my blessings daily really helps me to keep a healthy mentality about myself.

This is another winner, Elle !
We are always telling ourselves stories, aren’t we?
Either retelling stories that others have told us or stories we tell ourselves about our present and future.
So,as you suggest, let’s claim a story that sets us free to live and enjoy a wonderfully awesome life.
    Let’s claim self-love not self-loath . . . let’s claim beauty and happiness not ugly old fear . . . let’s tell ourselves stories of how amazing we are not how less-than we are . . .
Grab that teaspoon and get after it ! ! !
    Write on, Elle !
