If you find worry and stress are uppermost in your thoughts today, you won’t be alone.  Not that that’s a very comforting thought I know. And what do you tend to think about most? Is it how lonely it is for you, or how stressed you are about your family’s wellbeing in times of crisis?

We need to replace thoughts of worry or stress with some that are more of a vibrational match to what we’d like to see, what we’d all much prefer to be experiencing. We need something to break the energetic bonds of worry and stress or anxiety and frustration.

So I thought I’d share some quotes to hopefully encourage and remind you that though worry, stress or anxiety might be part of our normal right now, you really do deserve to nourish yourself, and to be as compassionate towards you as you are to those you care most about.
